Ambient conditions
Caution
If the maximum permissible ambient temperature is exceeded, do not operate the HMI
device without external ventilation.
Otherwise, the HMI device may be damaged and the approvals listed in the Section
"Approvals" and the terms of warranty are void.

Select position for the installation cut-out
Caution
To prevent the HMI device from overheating during operation:
- The angle of inclination from vertical installation may not exceed a maximum of ±35°
- Do not expose the operating unit to direct sunlight
- Ensure that the ventilation slits in the housing are not obstructed
