3. Connect the Channel A Data Hiway cable to port 1, ADH +

and - terminals. Repeat for port 2 for Channel B Data

Advance Data Hiway cable shields should be grounded

only at one end. If ground is at ANG_EN end, use GND

terminal.

4. Perform Data Hiway Post Installation Test; refer to

Appendix A. How to Test the Data Hiway.

5. Remove the ADH plug connector from board. Do not make

final connections until you have set the loop and unit

number; see Chapter 3. Data Communications Setup.

6. You are now ready for the Ethernet connections; go to

Ethernet Connections, page
