Pre-Delay
[Disabled] No additional start-up delay for the hard disk.
3 to 30 Additional start-up delay for the hard disk; needed only for
seconds older-generation hard disks.
Memory Gap at
15 MByte
[Disabled] The complete onboard RAM memory is available.
[Enabled] A 1MB area of the RAM above 15MB
(Addresses F0 0000 – FF FFFF) can be used by ISA
expansion cards.

question.
The I/O addresses and interrupts are preassigned: it is advisable not to change
these default assignments.
With COM 1, the standard V.24 (RS232) can be changed over to TTY operation as
an alternative:
[Disabled] means that the V24 connected to COM1 can be operated.
[Enabled] (Default setting) means that COM1 can be used for TTY operation.
